Waking up and feeling unsure is common amongst many of us. You're repeating the same routine, but trying harder everyday, yet things seem to remain the same.
Depression, anxiety, no motivation?
Keep trying. Do anything to pull yourself out of the negative thoughts that you may have.
Go outside and walk, even if only for 5 minutes. Get yourself a coloring book or a canvas ( dollar tree $1.50) and just color or paint yourself a picture. You'd be surprised how the little things can help you reset your soul.
Yes we hear it everyday but its true that little things mean a lot.
Feed your soul with whatever you need to get that little spark. That spark you need to complete one tiny goal for the day.
The reset you get will go a long way!
